Menlo Park Hotel in Galway

Met an old friend for drinks and a chat here, beyond excellent.

This is our last stop for 3 nights. But when we came here, they told us our stay doesn't start till the day after. The hotel found out that's an error on their system, so they found us a nearby hotel as it was fully booked that night. We decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant before heading out. Out of expectation, they offered to pay for our meal, our taxi to the new hotel. When we come back the next day, they upgraded us to a suite room with such amazing view of Galway city and left a lovely note with a box of chocolate. What a great customer service! Highly recommend this hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure we have an enjoyable stay and we surely did!

Amazing few days away with my husband to celebrate his 40th. Beautiful hotel and food was just delicious. There was work been done one of the mornings on a room very close by but when we called down to reception the manager moved us to a suite. Just fantastic customer service and we will definitely be back to visit and have recommended to all friends and family. Thank you 👏👍

Pretty good hotel staff very good

We had lunch here last Saturday 18/01/25. Most of the Menu is Coeliac friendly, and the food is really great. I had Lamb Shank, and it was perfectly cooked, just falling off the bone. My dining companions had Fish and Chips. Both were deep fried in oil that was separate, so no cross contamination. The other two had Pork 3 ways and we're very happy with it. The service was faultless, thank you Darragh! We will be back

I recently stayed here with yeah I was in your junior suite it's a corner room beautiful views and a fabulous room very little detail was perfect I really enjoyed it that staff from checking in to checking out were amazing the restaurant and breakfast staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly and courteous excellent customer service from everyone

Great lunch and reasonable price

I went here for a family event. The portions are a bit big, but the food was very nice . The staff were very helpful and there was a man that would memories all of are order's (there was 10 of us ) . We came early so are reservation was not ready but they let us go get are drinks well we were waiting . Very good place.

Had an amazing experience here two weeks ago, stayed for the night with friends for a Christmas night out. Got a package deal with dinner, breakfast and drinks. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, amazing christmassy atmosphere in the hotel. Food was excellent and service was brilliant. Breakfast was fab and the rooms were so comfy. Really made the trip! Defo recommend for trip with friends.
