Love the mermaid, its a jewel in our town. The staff are always pleasant and the theatre is just the perfect size. Only criticism would be maybe a better variety of beverages

Nice local theatre with a wide variety of film, plays and musical acts. Only issue is a lack of staff in theatre itself leading to issues with people using phones to take videos etc which can be very distracting.

11/01/2026: If you want a really good pizza, platform pizza will never let you down, staff are really nice and they have a 10 outta 10 brownie for dessert..highly reccomend

I tried the pasta along with the meaty and ground meat pizzas, and everything was really solid. The pasta was flavorful, well seasoned, and filling, while the pizzas had a nice crisp base with generous toppings and rich, savory meat flavors in every bite. Service was friendly and the vibe made it an easy place to sit back and enjoy the meal. Definitely a good choice if you’re in Bray and craving hearty Italian-style food.

The Martello

17/12/2025: We had a large group for a Christmas party dinner and the food was delicious and the staff were excellent.
16/12/2025: Enjoyed a fabulous brunch with my family in the cozy pub at the Martello. Staff were very accommodating (mom in wheelchair and a young toddler in our group) and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!
