The owner is an absolute gent, every time you go it he always has a smile and is up for a chat. I've tried here many times now and I have yet to find one of their bakes that isn't good. Well worth a visit

We ordered our wedding cake from messy buns and 100 cupcakes the guests loved all of it and it all looked and tasted amazing 😍 thank you messy buns.

10/05/2026: Obnoxious woman at the till, which is a shame as the food was amazing, especially the smash burger, curry sauce and chips are very nice as well. Experience when ordering did however put a damper on everything.
22/04/2026: I got, I ordered a fish supper very nice and a generous size chunky and fresh plenty for two people

02/08/2025: This was the perfect pub for me I was travelling alone I'd just ordered a drink and the staff and customers around made me feel like a regular I honestly can't wait to go back , if your in the area it's a place you need to visit
