Lovely food, service was brilliant. Val was a wee star and so accommodating!

The food is generally okay. The pizza isn't the best, but it's not the worst either. But the prices aren't worth it at all. The large pizza isn't actually very big, so I'm afraid to imagine what a regular-sized pizza would be like for that kind of money.

The pizza was top-tier and the hospitality from the whole team was brilliant, making us feel welcome from the second we walked in. I’m taking a win for this one as my girlfriend absolutely loved the spot; it’s rare to find a place that hits the mark so consistently.

The manager’s presence was particularly impressive; they were attentive to every detail, checking in with guests naturally while ensuring the kitchen and floor staff remained perfectly in sync. It is rare to see such a seamless balance between professional efficiency and genuine warmth. ​The staff’s upbeat attitude and the quality of the service are a direct reflection of great leadership. It’s not just about the great pizza—it’s about the hospitality that makes us want to come back. Kudos to the manager and the entire team for running such a top-tier establishment.

The price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right. My visit left a very mixed impression: * Service & Waiting Time: One positive was the short wait for a table. However, the service deteriorated significantly after that: The staff seemed visibly stressed, we waited a long time for our drinks, and one was completely forgotten. * Hygiene: The cleanliness in the dining area was inadequate; used dishes on neighboring tables were not cleared away for an extended period. The condition of the restrooms was simply appalling. * Food & Pricing: While the food was of average taste, it was not commensurate with the price. The prices are far too high, especially considering the overwhelmed staff and the lack of cleanliness. Conclusion: For this price level, guests expect significantly better service and a clean environment. In its current state, the restaurant is unfortunately not recommended.

Went down during the rush and could immediately tell the staff were being overwhelmed. Regardless the service was still exemplary particularly from our waiter Alvin. He was very enthusiastic, paid great attention our needs and we felt prioritised regardless of how busy the restaurant was. Food was great and would definitely recommend

Visited Milano recently on a work travel trip. Food was affordable and nice, exactly what I was after. Service was excellent, with particular thanks to the waiter Alvin for his warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Would recommend!
