Milano in Galway

Went there yesterday with my girlfriend who is gluten free, the restaurant has fantastic options and everything tastes the exact same. Staff were very accommodating and made eating out with an allergy easy :) food was affordable and delicious!!!

The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was fantastic, and everything about the evening was brilliant — BUT THE SERVICE!!! 😍👏👏👏 And then there’s ZIA!!! 🌟🌟🌟 Where do I even begin?! Zia is THE BEST SERVER IN THE WORLD!!! 🌎🏆🥇 Honestly, this man deserves a MEDAL, A TROPHY, A PARADE AND A KNIGHTHOOD!!! 😂👏 The level of service was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Zia was unbelievably friendly, attentive, welcoming, professional and genuinely went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made us feel like absolute VIPs from the second we arrived! You don’t just get great service from Zia — you get an EXPERIENCE!!! 🙌🔥 His energy, personality and attention to detail are second to none. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and that makes SUCH a difference. Very good and quick service, delicious food 😛

The food was okay, the prices were reasonable. However, the dishes were dirty and greasy, and the glasses were cloudy and oily. This is far from hygienic. Sorry guys, but this is unacceptable. The service was more or less attentive, but initially ignored us. After that, things moved along quickly.
