We didn't like the room at all, no view, not comfortable, cold atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to cancel the room free of charge.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and close to a couple of restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable, nice size, complimentary water and snacks, fan available and accessible by elevator. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was one of the best meals we had in Ireland. Within walking distance to Blarney Castle.

I stopped by after my gym session today to grab an açai bowl and was blown away by the fantastic service and delicious food! I called in ahead to request my own choice of toppings instead of the standard ones on the menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The açai bowl itself was absolutely delicious – the perfect post-gym treat. The fresh, vibrant toppings complemented the rich, smooth açai base perfectly. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a healthy and tasty snack. I’ll definitely be making this a regular part of my routine! Thanks to the amazing team for their wonderful service and for creating such a delightful experience!

Everyone was very pleasant and have to mention the concierge Roy. He went out of his way to help us get fed before we left with a very early departure. He couldn’t do enough! Top shelf
