Mills Inn in Ballyvourney

Stopped here for lunch, it was very nice.

We’ve been to Mills Inn many times, especially around Christmas and for our family lunches, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is lovely, with a warm and welcoming vibe that makes it such a nice place to be. The staff are great friendly and attentive and the food is consistently delicious. We’ve tried quite a few dishes over our visits: the chicken is excellent, the seafood chowder is rich and flavorful, the fish and chips are perfectly done, the burger is really good and chicken curry with rice is full of flavor. The desserts are a highlight — especially the sticky toffee pudding (absolutely amazing!) and the brownie. Even the soups are fantastic. Overall,Mills Inn is a place we always enjoy coming back to. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere — highly recommend!

Fabulous food in a lovely relaxed atmosphere served by friendly cheerful staff.

Was surprised to find a vegan burger with vegan mayo. Burger tasted good but the patty fell apart at the first bite. Staff were extremely busy but super efficient and friendly! Great place to eat.

The BEST beef lasagne and very tasty soup. Reasonable price and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Lively atmosphere, very hard working and friendly staff. Had a nice roast that was warm and cozy .

We had a chance to stop here on our way from the Blarney castle to our the Killarney Park Hotel. The village is really clean and cute and the Inn pub did not disappoint. We were only there for lunch, but the management, host & service were perfect. Our server Linda did a great job. They had a beautiful blond manager, I believe her name was Jesse, so welcoming, as was the hostess and apparently the hotel receptionist who had been there five years. The four of us had their fish and chips, which is the best I’ve had. I also loved their seafood chowder and added some of their wing hot sauce. Loved it! Proper poor of a Guinness pint and full bar. I give it my highest recommendation.

We ate here yesterday as always the food was incredible. It was busy for the time we were there. The staff were friendly. Their only flaw was the ladies needed attention.

I had my wedding here on the 21st of June I would not recommend The Mills Inn more if there was a 100 stars I would have given it. The day was so well organized. The service was impeccable. The food you could not fault it it was delicious. I had family down from the North and they said they never experienced anything like it. Thank you to Don, Gobnait and Joe and everyone at The Mills for the most memorable day of me and my partner's life. We had the ceremony & banquet with a BBQ the next day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ Elaine & Danny
