Mimosa in Carlow

Yet another wonderful evening at Mimosa! The food is exceptional, and excellent value. We had 2 mocktails (ginless basil smash, gorgeous!), 2 peronis, 6 tapas and a desert; bill was about €75. Service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive, and everyone was very friendly.

Great food, great service. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Very reasonably priced. Be sure to book in advance, tables fill up quick and for good reason.

Had dinner with friends and it was a great experience from start to finish.❤️ The staff were all so friendly from the time we arrived until we left. Our waitress was well trained and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious but we did order too many things (4 options per person) and it was too hard to finish it! The decor was absolutely stunning we felt we were on holidays in a different country. ✨️ We didn't eat in the courtyard but it looked amazing and the weather was great to sit outside.☀️ I will definitely be returning. Can't recommend highly enough

Delicious food, one dish better than the next, really beautiful setting with lots of lovely tables and lots of attention to detail on the decor. I wish we had more photos but they were eaten before we could manage to remember to take photos..a good sign!

A family gathering, pre-booked sharing options...all of which were utterly delicious and served with efficient and friendly service.

Un gran favorito local que ha conservado su encanto y se ha expandido, mientras que otros restaurantes luchan, sirviendo comida sabrosa a buen precio, siempre es difícil obtener una reserva durante los fines de semana. Toda nuestra comida estaba deliciosa acompañada de un poco de vino. No puedo decir más. Nuestra camarera era totalmente profesional, sin embargo, parecía tener camareras diferentes nos preguntan cada 5 / 7 minutos si todo estaba bien se podría decir sobre atento, que es bueno también supongo. Toda la experiencia fue 100% positiva y toda la clientela parecía estar disfrutando. ¡Los cócteles también son muy buenos! Si en Carlow vale la pena una visita seguro.
