Mimosa in Carlow

Bit over hyped. It was pretty loud and noisy. Food was ok, but not great. Maybe my expectations very set too high by the previous reviews. For somebody it might be the perfect place, but I don't think I will come again.

First time trying this restaurant Was nice enough Put not my for me going forward

What a gem Lovely wines Food was awesome Try the devil prawns and pulled pork tacos And. Best of all, the cortardo was strong and smooth like silk

We go to mimosa for a great atmosphere great tapas excellent cocktails and staff are also brilliant.cathriona the owner a great lady who welcomes us everything.mike the manager so nice organises a favourite dessert for me affogatto so good I get everything I'm in there.a great selection of different foods.not overly expensive either.so many people like mimosa so make sure and book.
