Mimosa in Carlow

Absolutely loved Mimosa..what a cool place,great vibe and food was so good..highly recommend this place..Staff very friendly..Cocktails were good too. Really good value,and menu is varied and exciting..Cant wait to go again..

Been to Mimosa quite a bit. Food is always amazing. The staff were prompt ,polite and informative.

Feels like you’re in the middle of Spain. By far the best food around. I’ve eaten in many tapas bars, but this is the best, including ones I’ve had in Barcelona! The staff are always so friendly. The baked cheese pot is my fav thing ever. We always order two so we don’t need to share! It is also so reasonably priced

Recently went there for birthday meal. The food was great and decent portions. Prices are match the quality of the food. Staff were really friendly and approachable.

The meal was aesthetically pleasing, the ambiance was serene and inviting, and the service was exceptional. I would like to commend Krish for his outstanding service and recommend that he be given a raise.
