Miyazaki in Cork

Probably the best food on the city, unbelievable consistency. Everytime I go its perfect.

Miyazaki is hands down the best Japanese takeaway in Cork. As a regular, I’ve tried nearly all the rice dishes, and I’ve never had a bad meal. The Beef Gyudon is my absolute favorite—perfectly tender beef with just the right balance of sweetness and umami. The chicken gyoza is another standout, always crispy and flavorful. The quality and consistency are unmatched, making it my go-to spot whenever I’m craving Japanese food. Highly recommend!

Ramen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sushi roll ⭐⭐ They don't seem to know how to do the rice properly, and the proportion of fish and rice was not on point. Too much rice makes it choky. The ramen was okay. I know it's a takeaway place but the table is unbelievably narrow.

Food is good no doubt about that. Person at the reception though… quite unpleasant, makes you feel like they don’t need you to be there. Delicious food, especially the hake nanban don, a type of pork, rice, and soup. The service was also very friendly and fast.

Really good rice on the onigiri- the size is gigantic!! The gyudon needs work, the flavors are there and the portions are nice but needs to add that raw egg for a silky texture.

So many amazing vegan options. The best Japanese food I’ve had outside of Japan. Fresh delicious food.
