We had a fantastic Christmas party here! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even at the last minute, and allowed us to bring our own music and lights. The venue had a wonderfully festive vibe when you’re coming in.. they gave us a private space for FREE - plenty of space for games, dancing, and singing; perfect for work parties. The buffet, with two mains, sides, dessert, and coffee/tea, was good and VERY affordable. The place is great for big groups/office parties! Will definitely comeback!

First timers here: a rare meal of 3 generations all together: grandparents, siblings, their spouses and 3 kids (age range from: nearly 7 to nearly 2). We booked in advance for which we were glad as a busy throughput was noted and dined for 5pm. I was gifted a sample (4) of the spicy Buffalo Wings that my husband ordered at €17.50: the portion was plenty for 2 people and tasty. Two others chose Garlic Mushrooms at €9.50 and one of our party picked the Deep Fried Brie at €11.90: all happy. I ordered the Striploin Steak with mushrooms, onion rings, potato gratin and pepper sauce for €38.50. I struggled to finish it!! The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking and as requested. I didn't have space for dessert or coffee. The children went for Chicken Nuggets and chips at €10.70 each. We ordered 1 kid dessert (2 scoops of icecream with chocolate sauce) to share at €5 between our two as they hadn't finished dinner in full though dessert had been promised. We shared jugs of Miwadi at €2 each and an Australian Chardonnay at €32 between the table. Others at the table opted for Plaice at €24.95 (very pleased with this), Chicken Curry €21.50 and Chicken Supreme at €23. Only one adult had capacity for dessert and picked Sticky Toffee Pudding at €8.50: he was very impressed with it. Overall, despite plenty of staff on duty, we had to ask for a few requests 2-3 times before they arrived eg 2 straws, a glass of milk (which we were charged twice for) and jug of water. Food was very good and plentiful. It is an extensive menu that will appeal to a certain generation eg Chicken Maryland, Chicken Kiev, Mixed Grill (my husband was tempted with this!) and Sherry Trifle but recommended especially the perfectly cooked Striploin if you are nearby, once you bring your appetite!!

Was there for lunch with a friend. €90 ( € 10 tip included ). Shared a starter . 2 set dinners. 7up and water. No alcohol. I'm sorry but that's far to expensive for lunch. Also the restaurant itself is in desperate need of an upgrade. Bit of TLC would not go amiss. It seems to cater for a more mature customer. Sit at the bar and eat would be better. Staff lovely and friendly but overall . Hit and miss .
