We ate there today. I had a chicken dish and my husband had a pizza. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious, and the price was reasonable! I can recommend it with a clear conscience!

Decided to stop in Trim for lunch had a look about the town and decided to eat here, so glad we did , food was amazing , staff friendly - would definitely recommend , and very reasonable two mains two deserts drinks and a side order for under 40 euro

The Old Stand Trim

19/07/2025: Really friendly place and lovely atmosphere
20/05/2025: Stopped in checking about food. Bar tender was so nice explaining they didn’t serve food but telling us what other options were close. After eating we stopped back in for a drink. I tried Guinness for the 1st time & really loved it. The bartender was so helpful even telling us where to go to listen to music through the week. The place was really full & she let us know it was their bingo night. We really enjoyed our stop & would definitely go again.

02/05/2025: Great local pub . Great pizza , fish n chips most evenings. Music at weekends. Great accommodation here too. Friendly staff.
