Enjoyed the sandwich and coffee, and the food was good overall. The dessert was a little dry, but the rest of the meal was enjoyable. Service was fine and polite. Overall, a pleasant visit.

A nice cafe with a good selection of baked goods and savoury food. Nice staff and atmosphere and a good price. Slightly confusing layout, could do with a Queue Here sign.

Great place to try an Irish breakfast! The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. We were a large group, so ordering was a bit chaotic, but they were very patient. The vegetarian options are also excellent.

06/12/2025: We have in the past found the service can be a touch hit and miss for food but on the other side never had to wait long for drinks atmosphere very good regular clientele speaks for itself definitely recommend
01/11/2025: Very nice breakfast in Garvey’s & lovely friendly staff. So convenient for parking and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre
