Mother Hubbards in

I called into Mother Hubbards in Cashel as a stopover on a long drive. It is at Junction 9. Looking like a truckers stop, I was pleasantly surprised by the place. There were clean toilets, a good food choice, lovely coffee (in a large mug) and the staff were friendly & efficient. It kept me going for the rest of my journey.
