We had a great meal with good wine and friendly service.

First time dining here tonight Aug 2026, I had the duck and it was incredible, best flavor I've had in a long long time, will return for sure. The staff were fabulous Heidi, Amanda and Gabby 👏👏👏 They were all very attentive asking about allergies and if we had time pressures. Incredible service.

We had an absolutely stunning experience at Mr Fox. Every dish we tried was delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. The staff were very attentive and they even asked us at the beginning if we were going to a show after (we were heading to the Gate for a play) and advised us accordingly of how long certain dishes/set menus would take to ensure that we would not be late for the show. We had plenty of time and even had coffees after our meal. The standout dishes were the Sourdough (which arrived still warm), the Pork Croquette and the Buttermilk Fried Chicken. I would highly recommend experiencing Mr Fox for yourself and I will definitely be returning.

Incredible experience at Mr.Fox for a birthday dinner. The food was incredibly fresh and super reasonably priced for the quality. We requested suggestions of wine per person and they provided fantastic recommendations.

Service was exceptional. Had the best oyster I’ve ever tasted (genuinely). Refreshing to see a wine menu that doesn’t subsidise the kitchen. Will be back.

We had a terrific meal with innovative dishes and spot-on service. Marinated tomatoes, lamb chops, fried chicken and halibut. The only negative was a very loud 16-person group in the next room and a very loud talker at a table in our room. It was distracting. I blame the acoustics of which there is no noise abatement.

An excellent gourmet restaurant in the heart of Dublin. The chef's menu is truly well-thought-out, and the wine selection is equally impressive. The service is attentive without being stuffy. The staff is very efficient and caring. The dining room is a bit noisy.

We chose Mr.Fox for a business luncheon. It truly was exceptional. Being the last table on a Saturday afternoon we seated outside on terrace. Head chef Adam and Moris looked after us very well!

From beginning to end, a great experience. Attentive and welcoming team members, looking to make a wonderful evening for diners. Food was exceptional. Set menu well balanced. Extra sides the highlight. Highly recommend

Hands down best place in Dublin. Food was absolutely amazing. We did chefs tasting menu. It's not cheap but it's really worth it
