Very 1980s feel about the place. I wouldn't rush back.

Lovely stay had at Murphy’s . We were down for a wedding close by and this hotel was perfect . Basic but clean and comfortable room . Lovely staff and nice friendly bar . We had breakfast included and have to say it was one of the best breakfasts we had in a very long time . It was cooked fresh to order and was of high quality ingredients. The owner came over for a chat when we were leaving and he was a super friendly man who was genuinely interested in us . If we are ever back down that way we will definitely be saying there again . Great price too .

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, overall great value

The food here was of exceptional quality and large portions for great value pricing. Staff were friendly and it felt like a very local welcoming pub. Would definitely visit again.
