16/03/2026: Used to like coming here Darren is lovely and the staff. I don't know whats happened but the food has changed massively in regards to portion sizes they have shrunk massively for the prices overall care of presentation and the actual cooking the food properly very greasy lack of care and love for food. On different occasions chicken wings were not cooked, roast beef dinner was very fatty and potatoes are definitely heated up in the microwave, soup was cold, battered fish was terrible soggy batter and loads of water running on the plate, really greasy onion rings, order the cajun chicken burger on another occasion and it was inedible it was like the chef dropped the chicken fillet in the seasoning and it was caked in it and not in a pleasant way it was terrible I left it after taking one bite from it. There steak chiabatta used to be lovely but they went smaller on the steak in size and width and taste, It's more sports bar than place for a quite meal Tvs everywhere and does be very loud at times. Great function room out the back good spot for pints not food sorry but true. I gave it plenty of chances to find the good but unfortunately not for us.

20/03/2026: Lovely rustic place to eat with lots of lovely old worldly items for sale. Most devine coffee cake 🎂. We will be back 😋

28/02/2026: Just poor, I paid 13 euro for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich - it wasn't toasted, made from two odd cuts of bread with a slither of ham and sliced cheddar. Can't believe I paid for it. The staff walked into me twice as I was sat eating so they could clean the table next to me.
