This is a really valuable addition to Galway. Great staff and high quality food. Really enjoyed the ice creams and will be back for more!

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Strawberry ice cream was amazing—easily the best strawberry ice cream we've ever had. We also got the chocolate whisky and the cookie flavours, but those were a little bit too bland for our taste. It's also a little pricey considering the size (we shared a medium for 8€), but they're a great option in town if you're looking for hard ice cream.

This was amazing. Yes, you will likely need to wait in line. When we were there, there were two staff members bringing samples out to try while in line. Amazing service points for that! The ice cream itself is excellent, with unique flavors, like Irish Brown Bread. Top marks for this place!

Great ice cream and a great team of employees that greet you with a smile and samples while you wait in the fast moving line. Lisa G was outstanding and the reason we came back for a 2nd visit.

Very nice homemade fresh Irish ice cream in the heart of Galway. Very popular but queue typically only takes 7 mins anyways. Staff are very friendly they chat with you about your holiday while you wait in line and give plenty of free samples which is helpful to know in which ones to choose. Has a nice vibe also. The only slight thing is prices are on the higher side.

Brasserie on the Corner

08/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Brasserie on the Corner. The mussels in cream sauce with spring onions and bread were excellent. The fish and chips were also perfectly cooked. My girlfriend had the seafood chowder and a salad and was equally delighted. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be back!

05/04/2026: Great vibe, great atmosphere, gets a bit crowded but most places do, very nice people.
04/04/2026: My friend and I stopped at Monroe's for lunch. We were blessed with the appearance of Remi, a friendly giant, who patrols the pub & check on guests (and their plates sometimes haha). The pub itself has a good atmosphere and very interesting signed posters on the ceiling! It was busy, but not chaotic busy. The staff was super friendly. We both ordered beef burgers, which were really really tasty, and of course, a pint of Guinness. We have also noticed the place hosts many gigs and other events, which is awesome!
