My Melody Bistro in Athlone

We had an amazing dinner on Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was beautifully prepared and decorated for the occasion, creating a lovely and romantic atmosphere. The service was excellent — attentive and professional — and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place in Athlone town centre. We’ll definitely be back!

Good sambo and coffee but there’s actually no river view.

Busy little bistro, amazing location, close to river Shannon and Athlone castle. Sean's pub is next door. Good spot for brunch or lunch. Tables felt little bit too close to each other. Service was Ok, slower. Meals were good, tasty. There was only one problem and that was the state of the toilets. Dusty and dirty.

Mediocre food. Overpriced. Empty restaurant. No thanks.

Just awesome 👌 everything is superb

Went to River View Bistro in Athlone for lunch today — our second time here, and it was just as good as the first! 😍 We ordered the veg pasta and veg focaccia, and honestly, who says vegetarian food isn’t good? Give it a try and you’ll know! The garlic bread was so soft and buttery, and pairing it with the pasta was just chef’s kiss 👌✨

Great little bistro, great prices, an insider tip for a snack

Great food and service! It was quick and delicious. Place was empty when we walked in so we were a bit nervous but by the time we walked out it was poppin.
