Best breakfast in town, avocado toast, and poached eggs, my favourite and such great value, staff are outstanding friendly, knowledgeable and fast even though it's always busy. Great coffee, too

For the fourth time I've crossed the center of Cork to try the Chicken Ciabatta, an incredible flavor. I highly recommend it. They should give the prize of the month to whoever makes this sandwich.

The first time we went for lunch, we opted for the chicken ciabatta sandwich, it was delicious, light and we thought it was a delicious option.

Was in naturally Nourished last Friday and wow , they couldn't do more for you , service was so good , i was in a rush catching a train, i told the lovely woman behind the counter who prepared my salad so fast and it was so so tasty and also the coffee was 10 out of 10. Cant wait to return and spend more time when im not catching a train as it seems like such a beautiful place with great service food and coffee

Came in after the lunch rush, I was being really dense and didn’t realise most of the sandwiches were sold out, but the woman behind the counter put together really delicious wraps for us instead which totally saved the day! Great coffee too.

Very good stop if you want to eat something healthy. Cozy, comfortable place and a pleasant style. Excellent service. Paulina very attentive and always with a smile on her face. Thank you so much!
