Noels Tea & Talk in Claremorris

Fantastic steaks. We had the brunch, great value, great service ( Big shout out to Laura) and wonderful food and drinks. Thank you for a lovely day out with friends.

Wow what a beautiful place 1st time at Noels bar and definitely won't be the last. Myself and my friend were so impressed with the venue food decor and the exceptional service from Paval he was brilliant always had time for us talked with us and was just very attentive..I can't wait to go back! Parking not so close and a little difficult to find the restaurant.

I’m actually sad that I have to write such a negative review based on one experience. I have been here several times almost every month for regular girls brunches and just after work for meetings . Every experience has been amazing due to certain staff making the experience amazing , fast service , attentive, mannerable but on my last experience I was served by a male waiter who was just difficult and rude I have never been so disrespected in my life , I was made to feel uncomfortable and I doubt I would be returning , I was a regular customer and him and the manager felt to be disrespectful , being my food last , being my drinks last although we all ordered together . I believe they tried to be spiteful , blatantly talking about me in their own language which I thought was rude and just made me feel uncomfortable . It’s so sad aswell because the other staff are lovely and try their best to make your experience amazing but that day was disappointing. I was more embarrassed because I went with people who had never been before ans I bugged it up to be disrespected in that way and treated in that way . I could not believe it . I had to say “ it has never been this bad when I have been before “ no way can that happen again . I’d say go for the brunch but your service may be rubbish depending who is working and that’s a shame . The sarcasm , the disrespect … not for me ..not worth it .

Facilities (bathrooms) need a bit of TLC

Was here with a graduation party group for dinner. Service was excellent. Food was great and so was the atmosphere.

We chose this venue on a recommendation from a friend. It was a working lunch equidistant between London and Liverpool. Our host seated us in a booth and was attentive. We eat 3 courses from the a la carte menu. Goat’s cheese and beetroot Bon Bon , halibut on oak choi with a side of fries and salted caramel fondant and ice cream . We shared a bottle of Gavi . It was very tasty , well presented and decent portions. I would recommend and will return. I only marked atmosphere as 4 stars as it was 12 noon to 13:30 on Monday and obviously not full. I’m sure it would be buzzing when full . Stylish restaurant

We enjoyed a wonderful meal courtesy of First Table. The black cod I ordered was beautiful and the lamb shank was rich and exactly what autumn deserves. We will be back x I only gave 4*s for atmosphere because we turned up so early. It would be 5 at a busier time.

I had an excellent experience thanks to our waitress, Laura. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were always refilled on time, and she checked in often without ever being intrusive. Laura had great menu knowledge and offered helpful recommendations that turned out perfect. Her warm attitude and professionalism really elevated our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Laura if you visit she’s fantastic!

The food was exceptional — the tapas were beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. Without a doubt, the best I’ve had in Costa Calma. The owners are incredibly welcoming and passionate about what they do. Keep up the great work — I’ll definitely be back soon!

Great restaurant situated overlooking the canal. All of our courses were delicious and a good selection of wines and alcoholic/no alcoholic drinks. Very pretty, stylish decor. Prompt service. All staff were very attentive. Looking forward to returning in the near future.
