I ordered the spice bag and was met with wonderful customer service, polite and fast. The presentation of the food was good and while the food is not terrible, I have eaten salt and pepper crackers spicier than this. It felt under seasoned in my opinion. Overall not bad and the texture of the chicken and chips are good with a nice vegetable to chip to chicken ratio.
