Nox Hotel in Galway

Location outside was good. The room was also good. The breakfast was really unique. Huge selection and great quality! We wanted to order the desserts and cocktails that were offered in the elevator in the evening (Tuesday). Unfortunately, the desserts we were really looking forward to were no longer available and the cocktail was also more expensive than advertised. The reason given was that it was the previous week's card, but there was no date on it. On Wednesday morning the old map was still hanging in the elevator. When we wanted to order drinks again in the evening, no one came to take our order for almost an hour. We then asked for the bill, which was handed to us without comment. Unfortunately very unprofessional.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent location

Just a 10min taxi ride outside Galway City. Located within warehouse/industrial area. Good parking. EV charging points if you have an EV. Great welcome from staff. Check in and out was speedy. Hotel is modern and clean. Corridor to rooms a bit dark. Room was of good size, great shower. Bar area and dining available. Lounge area with modern fire flame effect and various comfy seating available or breakout areas for remote working. Breakfast was buffet style, staff are clearing tables and resetting quickly. Range of Breakfast foods was extensive. Heard one guest look for oat milk and this was immediately sourced so if you need something slightly different just ask the staff. Overall the hotel staff were very efficient, welcoming, great local advice for places to visit, and although hotel location surroundings were a bit industrial a 10mins taxi ride gets you to the heart of the city for less than 10euros, we would still give this hotel 5 🌟 out of 5 recommend for a short stay or business stay.

Very nice hotel and very friendly welcome. Breakfast is great. Clean and spacious room. On the other hand, quite far from the city center. Allow 25 minutes on foot to reach it.

The staff were all lovely. Food at the restaurant was good, the Irish breakfast buffet was decent Rooms were good size, no active ventilation. Shower stalls were a little slippery

I've visited the Nox Hotel numerous times, and the food has always been consistently excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help. While I haven't stayed overnight, I've recommended the hotel to several friends, all of whom have had wonderful experiences. The Nox Hotel stands out for its superb dining and exceptional service.

Great stay here. A lovely, clean, modern hotel that seems to cater a lot to business travellers and tours. Good breakfast options, nice large clean rooms. Great service throughout. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. There are groceries, restaurants, a nature path, pharmacy, and fuel all close by.

Nice hotel in Galway, a short walk from the city center, which is why we drove into the center. The rooms were sufficiently large and clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the hotel.

The rooms were large and nice, but somewhat worn. A short walk to the center. Very nice staff!
