Absolutely wonderful place! I highly recommend it :)

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here this weekend with my daughter and stepsister. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and taken care of. The service has been outstanding. All the team were wonderful. A special mention to Garry, one of the manager's. His attention to detail and professionalism was just outstanding. He was an absolute gem and made our stay so special. Lorcan was also just fantastic and great at his job. He has great energy and is a real asset to the hotel. My stepsister has been staying at the hotel for a number of weeks, as a family member is very ill. The team at the hotel have really helped make her stay easier and taken care of her, above and beyond what you would expect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Galway. This hotel is super affordable and so close to the city. Thanks so much for a very memorable stay. We will most definitely be back again very soon.

Absolutely great hotel from room to staff have stayed many times

Great hotel, just 6 mins from Eyre Square. Garret, our server in the restaurant was wonderful. Very professional and a lovely manner about him.

My husband and I first time in Ireland and absolutely loved it. We got in early and asked the front desk if we could check in and she said yes, she was so nice. The first night there we got back to the hotel after dinner and went to the bar and met Charlie. He is awesome!! We talked about the different drinks they had and other things. He made my husband and I feel welcomed. We ordered pizza and beers. The second day there we got back to the hotel after being out all day and Charlie was there again. He immediately greeted us and honestly made our trip welcoming and comfortable. He went above and beyond providing us with a list of places to see along our way when we drove from Galway to Dublin. The other staff greeted us with smiles and hello's as well through our 2 night stay there as well. I don't leave much reviews but I wanted to sincerely show our appreciation to Charlie.

Nice lobby, super friendly staff! But once you get upstairs, the hallways are so dark navy and creepy, I half expected to hear creepy whispering or see a ghost holding a 'Vacancy' sign. Honestly, I was just hoping I wouldn't be the next victim in a horror film.

We went for lunch in the restaurant an all was amazing. Great staff and many options in the menu. Price was also fair enough. Location is great, close to the town with huge parking area. Christmas decoration was great as well. Recommended.

Location outside was good. The room was also good. The breakfast was really unique. Huge selection and great quality! We wanted to order the desserts and cocktails that were offered in the elevator in the evening (Tuesday). Unfortunately, the desserts we were really looking forward to were no longer available and the cocktail was also more expensive than advertised. The reason given was that it was the previous week's card, but there was no date on it. On Wednesday morning the old map was still hanging in the elevator. When we wanted to order drinks again in the evening, no one came to take our order for almost an hour. We then asked for the bill, which was handed to us without comment. Unfortunately very unprofessional.
