O' Neills Bistro in

05/02/2026: Got a steak sambo. Steak was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. For 23 euro however the steak itself was on the small size. Definitely not worth the price they charged for it. The salad was a bit dull and chips were decent. A small side order of pepper sauce with the sambo wld be a nice accompaniment. Lady who served us was very welcoming and friendly.

18/01/2026: Fureys Bar is a traditional Irish pub and restaurant. My "go-to" stop for a great burger and pint when on the road. Friendly staff, picturesque canal setting, and congenial vibe. Plenty of parking. Open generally from around midday to early evening. Family friendly. Take a walk along the canal if you have time.
