We had a snack there.
It's a typical bar with a bar atmosphere. The food was okay. The menu is restaurant-like, and the prices are similar. However, the food was a bit limited. The value for money wasn't quite right.
But if you need something to eat, I can recommend it.

Nice food and great congenial atmosphere in this packed pub on a Sunday evening with fantastic musicians. We'll keep a fond memory of this moment which was one of the most memorable of our stay in Ireland. 🍻🎻💚

Amazing! We were hungry after a very active day outside, not knowing the places around, randomly drove to the closes location!
What a gem! A cherry on top during this trip. far the best food in the whole country!
My Irish friend said this was the best ever Chowder in his life!

We had a bite to eat here on a very rainy sat while waiting for the son to finish the beast of Beara .The young fellow whi served us was on the ball ,the chowder was delicious and the baked brie was divine,atmosphere was great 👍

The South Kerry Rural Men's Group recently visited O Neill's of Allihies for a meal, the food and friendly staff were of the highest quality, the group has seen on their travels over the last 20 years. the group will definitely be calling back again when they are visiting Cork

Great food selection, which focuses on having local ingredients. We had a beef burger and shrimps, both of which were fresh and delicious.
The manager/owner was also very attentive and made an effort to make sure we had all we need.
Atmosphere wise, the place is authentic, many locals and families visiting, and conveniently located in Allihies.

Delicious food and very kind staff! Stopped with my mother for lunch and had great food and lovely time here. Not mentioning the stunning view of the mountains when seating outside. Absolutely recommend!

Bar and restaurant where we dined. A very friendly restaurant with a great atmosphere. A very warm welcome, good, hearty food, and pleasant service. The establishment is clean.
