Great local spot in Howth. Found this on a morning walk and made it back for lunch twice. Best fish and chips we’ve had in Dublin area.

Visited here with a large group. We were seated in a private room upstairs. This meant we lost the atmosphere of the restaurant to an extent, but no complaints there. Staff were really friendly and helpful, so they get a 5 star. The food was a bit of a hit and miss. I thought my starter and main were lacking in flavour and were under salted. Oysters were a good size and fresh. Dessert was decent. This place definitely deserves another chance.

The food was excellent, although a bit pricey for what it was. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, and the service was also quite good. The fish pie was excellent, as were the desserts.

Molto buona la chowder soup della casa, servita con uno squisito pane nero. Deludenti le seppie al sugo con bacon, sinceramente da ripensare. Fish and Chips dignitoso, anche se le patatine erano un po' mollicce.

After a stunning cliff boat tour in Howth, we decided to grab a bite nearby – even though we usually avoid heavily touristic spots when it comes to dining. But this time, we were pleasantly surprised.
The restaurant delivered on all fronts: fresh, flavorful dishes, a welcoming team, and a clean, open kitchen that confidently showcases transparency and quality. It’s always a good sign when you can watch your food being prepared, and here, it added to the overall sense of trust and care.
Every dish we tried was delicious and thoughtfully plated. Prices were on the higher end of the spectrum, but given the location and the quality, absolutely justified.
A great choice if you’re in Howth and looking for a good meal with honest cooking and a relaxed vibe – touristy setting or not.
