Food was good and arrived quickly, I did not like the gratuity added without asking/disclosed(2 euros per person) The "grilled" squid was instead sauteed in tomatoes souce

Seafood restaurant located along Howth Pier. The place is nice, furnished in a nautical style. The service is friendly. The fish and chips were excellent and the fish felt very fresh. But the thing that surprised me were the oysters, I don't think I've ever eaten such good ones. Huge and beautiful fleshy, a pleasure. Average prices, excellent experience.

Very warm welcome, very pleasant and smiling room staff. Freshness of well-cooked and presented products. Generous desserts.

Our taxi driver to Howth recommended this restaurant for lunch and it was good! As a table we ordered Fish & Chips, Large Shellfish Combo, & Mixed Grill Special with Mashed Potatoes. The fish and chips were ok but without the tartar sauce it would be pretty bland. Same for Mashed Potatoes but they werent the worst just lacked some salt. At the recommendation of the waitress we ordered The Shellfish Combo instead of the mussels & the Pernod Sauce was divine. we dipped everything in it :) The Mixed Grill special we ordered had Salmon, Sea Bass, Prawns & another fish. All were cooked perfectly and very fresh. They also had a kids menu perfect for my 2yr old who doesn’t flake seafood yet.

Abbiamo scelto questo locale per il menù di pesce, abbiamo mangiato Chowder, cicken goujons, grigliata mista, salmone, cozze. Tutto ottimo, buone porzioni. Il locale è molto accogliente e caratteristico. Camerieri gentili. Finito il pranzo, lungo il molo di fronte al locale abbiamo visto le foche! Fantastico! Ci tornerei volentieri! Unico consiglio: evitate il caffe!
