Before and after a soccer match in the Aviva both times the experience was very enjoyable.Proper old style bar staff even though the pub was bouncing and they were busy not afraid to make eve contact so you new you were next to be served.

Ive visited twice now and each time has been a Friday evening after 8. -The atmosphere is great for conversation and not too crowded. -The staff were friendly and attentive. -The pints of Guiness were wonderfully creamy -AND THE BRISKET ROLL IS THE BEST SANDWICH IVE HAD IN DUBLIN Ive had a dream about that sandwich after each time I've eaten one. Proper crust from the rub, not overly smokey and the roll is a perfect match for holding up under the juices of the brisket without falling to bits and being too firm to bite or chew. It's a place that will be in the rotation of where I'll visit when I go into town. If that sandwich leaves the menu I'll never be able to return for the heartache that will come with its memory will be too painful to bear.

Excellent neighborhood pub that has the merit of being welcoming and showing sporting events. I highly recommend it. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. And the prices are more than reasonable.

Great bar! Always enjoy it here. Great venue at christmas and great to watch a match as it doesn't get too busy.

Can’t comment on food but sure I gave it .5 stars anyway even if they don’t serve it. I came for the Guinness. The pub is mentioned in Ulysses by its original name of Tunneys. Pub wise very spacious. When you come in door bar is on your left. Amazing Christmas decor. They also have a deal for Xmas in 2025, 15 likes on social media gets you a free drink. €6.70 for a pint of Guinness.

Nice pub but couldn't believe they added 50c to the price of a pint because of the match. 7.80 pint of Coors. Disgraceful. Pure greed. Won't get our business again .

Nice pub. We had a few drinks before the dog races. Good price, fast service.
