O'Brien's Irish Sandwich Bar in Midleton

I normally don’t write reviews on places but for this young lady I must .A girl was hired in the midleton branch recently that I hadn’t seen before and she is so pleasant I couldn’t help but notice her she greeted us with a big smile and has a great attitude and personality instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable . My youngest even asked me “mammy can we go back to shop with pretty nice girl from Wednesday”. She checked in on my kids to offer any additional service even after making their sandwich and her smile is genuinely infectious lifted my mood after long day at work . We have looked forward to seeing her since meeting her a week ago and this kind of young person on the team must be so delightful . Additionally now that my kids constantly ask me to take them to “pretty hair girl in green shop” after school it’s safe to say I’ll be back more often 😂

The "special" sandwiches are a bit expensive for what they are. Other local coffee shops offer better value.
