Had my 30th birthday in O’Connells bar last week and couldn’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere and space were brilliant, a well hidden gem in Kildare. I dealt with Alan from the very beginning and he was there on the night to make sure everything went smoothly. He was very professional and nothing was too much hassle. Will certainly be back.

Best place in the town for a pint, the ladies behind the bar are exceptional -special shout out to Karen Emer and Millie!! All the staff are amazing. Alan O'Connell has always been one to make sure you get home safe, have everything you need and make sure you're having a good time and are safe. Was in one night and a man was rough and drunk and before I could say anything Alan had him out. Highly recommend.

Best pub, best staff and best drinks. Guinness is gorgeous, such a cosy pub and Alan and all the staff are so lovely. Always so welcoming and so respectful, would definitely recommend to everyone☺️
