The best restaurants in Kilcullen

28/08/2026: Lovely little spot the name means a place of sanctuary and it certainly lives up to its name .

20/08/2026: Definitely my favourite place to go for food and meet friends or just read a good book. Best caesar salad ive had in a very long time and the staff are really lovely and friendly. It makes a difference. Thanks guys. Ill be back soon.

02/10/2026: A nice place and definitely one of the few spots in the area that is worth visiting. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly and clearly trying their best, although the service still has some room for improvement. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our visit. With a little more attention to detail, it could easily be even better.

12/08/2026: Didn't have a pleasant experience at all. Went in the morning time, it wasn't to busy and 4 staff were floating behind the counter. All made indirect eye contact but didn't actually come to serve me for a good 5 minutes. The blonde forgiven girl was very rude and it seemed like I was putting her out by putting in my order. I asked for iced coffee latte, was told rather abruptly their was no ice I could have it hot. I ended up getting a Crosant which was burnt and hard, a cappuccino which was warm even though i asked for extra hot and a protein ball that was most definitely stale, I had to leave everything half touched. Other surrounding tables had dirty plates still on them from previous customers and wasn't cleared during my visit, regardless of the 4 workers and few customers. I waved and said thank you and goodbye when leaving which fell on deaf ears. Certainly won't be returning. Manners cost nothing

10/05/2026: A very nice local pub with good Guinness, friendly and helpful staff and chatty locals. There is also live music over the weekends, till around midnight, around then the bar closes the doors to new customers but you can still sit in and finish your pint.

04/05/2026: Good local bar with sport on television, live music on the weekends. If you want to stay rooms are comfortable and spacious but not for early sleepers. No food just snacks like crisps and nuts :(
