I just visited Odeon Portlaoise today and when we arrived the lift happened to be out of order. The staff went absolutely above and beyond to help us get to where we needed to go and they were most apologetic. We really appreciated it. I haven't experienced service this good in years it was wonderful to experience.

Great cinema, super clean. Very friendly staff. Prices are a bit steep but that seems to be common across cinemas now.
