ODEON Waterford in Waterford

Good Cinema but honestly it really needs a renovation, It's been the same since it first opened & going there Today half of the seats in the Screens are either broken or ripped, Not to mention the seats are so uncomfy, After you get up when your movie is over your butt hurts, Still a good Cinema but it needs a makeover

I visit the odeon quite regularly, I have never had issues regarding the problems I’ve been reading in these reviews in the numerous amount of years that I have been visiting. I do agree that it’s fully understandable to express your concerns as it is your review and that’s what makes it so valuable, but I did want to make this review just to point out the obvious that some reviews are a bit of an over reaction. The staff here are lovely and welcoming they have your best interest in mind, their job is to make you enjoy your movie to a high standard and they have been doing well at hitting that standard from my experience. As mentioned prior I’ve been going here for years and I’ve seen new and old staff come and go, I had an issue with one of my tickets that I booked online and a specifically short girl at the till came over and resolved my issue very quickly and i highly appreciated that. She was doing a million and one things at once and still made time to come and help me, if this isn’t what customer satisfaction is about I don’t know what to tell you. 10/10 cinema will happily be coming here aslong as i keep watching movies ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy access, ample parking across the road, courteous and friendly staff on arrival. We'll be back soon.

I do like to go to odeon in Waterford but think ye need to get new seats to be more comfortable

Hi I'd just like to commend one of the managers at the odean cinema this evening for his excellent customer service. Having worked in retail for years myself staff like him are very hard to come by these days!! If there was a nomination for best customer service award I would definitely nominate him!!! ULTAN#

Clean and well kept. Seats were lovely and comfortable Friendly staff Clean toilets Plenty of room Large screen and good sound

Friendly staff, rarely have queues and we always appreciate the relaxed atmosphere.
