O'Dwyers in Dunboyne

If you haven't been to O'Dwyers in a while, you're in for a pleasant surprise! The new owners have breathed new life into what was once a neglected spot. It's now sparkling clean with a great buzz. The food is simply delicious, and the lovely pints cap off a fantastic experience.

We had a great experience a dining here again. We didn't have to wait long for our food and John and his brilliant staff looked after us in a professional way and it is always a pleasure to come back. Fair play to O'Dwyers team. Excellent food and excellent service.

Quiet for a Friday night, as apparently there was a big party on at the GAA club, but perfect for me & my buddy to catch up over a few beers

One of the most beautiful place in Ireland. The food it's amazing tastefull,and the stuff it's amazing carefull and very warm people.

We had an incredible time at O'Dwyers Gastro Pub! From the moment we were seated, the service was warm and attentive. The food? Absolutely perfect. We ordered the chicken wings, buffalo cauliflower, and potato skins – and every single dish was spot on. The wings were crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The buffalo cauliflower had just the right amount of heat and crunch, and the potato skins were golden, cheesy, and addictive. You can tell everything is made with care, and the flavors were balanced and satisfying. We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend for anyone who loves great food in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere!

Great food even better service from helpful friendly staff

Cozy spot, decent food. Flavors were a bit lacking and could have used a bit of seasoning. Steak was served undercooked (rare, I ordered medium rare) on a sizzling hot plate, so I had to cut each slice and finish it myself. Could have used some flaky salt to bring out the flavor, and my piece sadly had a lot of gristle that I had to cut out. My husband ordered the Pollo Funghi, a chicken and mushroom pasta dish, that isn't listed as pasta on the menu or that it contains gluten? The menu was a bit difficult to navigate as the allergens weren't listed properly on several of the items.

Came in for a few with my family. The staff was exciting and generous. We came back again after dinner and was greeted warmly again.
