Bit quiet as a pub but lovely food, had the fillet on the stone and, another time, fish and chips, both very good. Not really a pub just for drinking though they do put sports on but without sound. Decent Guinness. Lovely staff, unlike Mulvanys.
If you are staying at the Dunboyne Castle Hotel, don’t hesitate to take the short walk over. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the food was great. I had the wings—cooked perfectly—along with the burger. The Murphy’s was great too.
Had a fabulous meal at O’Dwyers while staying at Dunboyne Castle Hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our meals were all hot, fresh and delicious. We especially loved the Thai curry, fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding. If you’re in town I’d recommend stopping by!
20/10/2024: First time at Slevins, stumbled across while in Dunboyne, stopped in for Sunday dinner.
Great decor, welcoming, attentive staff and spotless clean. Good selection on the menu. Food did not disappoint. Best roast pork I have had, full of flavour and cooked perfectly! Each element down to the vegetables were done right. Will be back.
