To Joe , Hazel, David and all the staff at the Darnley Lodge Hotel we would like to now take the time to thank you all so much for one the best days we could have ever imagined for our wedding. You could not have done any more for us from the moment we met until the day of our wedding. Both of us and our guests had an incredible day from the cermony until the last dance. The food was top notch and better than we could have imagined. If we could do it all again we would change nothing as in our eyes it was perfect. A month has passed and our guests are still complementing how the day and food was. We wish you all the best for future weddings and we recommend you highly Sharon & Robert Walsh xx

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Darnley Hotel for a family wedding, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully situated in a peaceful area. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which added a personal touch to the experience. The dining options were also impressive, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. Each meal I had was delicious, showcasing local ingredients and flavors. Overall, the Darnley Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. We stayed there for 3 nights with 3 couples over Samhain (Halloween) ... it was so unbelievable 😍 very, very nice, courteous staff ... the breakfast and the food are incredibly tasty ... We are also in town Went to the Puca Festival, which was really great.. so highly recommended 😍

Excellent, friendly and warm customer service. The atmosphere was exquisite but with a taste of neutrality to create a blend of emotions. The food had a wide variety including vegan and vegetarian options, the rooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had a quick delivery with an option for everyone. This is an excellent restaurant that I would recommend to anyone. We specifically liked a waiter named David, he created a welcoming atmosphere that outlasted the rest of the evening.

Before I say anything, I have the rooms at one as I didn't stay overnight thus I can't provide an opinion. However, I can provide an opinion on the food and service and I can't have a higher opinion on both. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is amazing. I was with an event and we had a seperate area to the rear of the hotel. The staff offered us coffee and tea after the meal. There's a decently big menu for people to choose along with a bar for drinks.

We stayed in the Darnley August Bank Holiday and could not find a fault 5out of 5. Food and breakfast excellent and staff very helpful be back again. Lots of car parking free.
