Lovely people. Lovely food. Lovely time. And they serve a fine pint.

My death row meal would be in this restaurant. The food is exceptional and the staff are always lovely and go out of their way to make your experience as good as it can be. Can’t recommend the place enough.

Great place for seafood in Donegal. Their seafood platter is really good could have some scallops, felt a bit smaller this time, but still great. The fish and chips are generous and great too.

What a remarkable little pub in the heart of Donegal. Great food, highly recommend the oysters and mussels. Refreshing pints. Very friendly staff.

Had been travelling all day before arriving into Donegal Town so stopped in here for a small bit of food pre our dinner later that night. We shared the cheese board and seafood chowder and it was so delicious. The cheese board was a tremendous size for 2 people and for the price of it and it was all so tasty. The place has a lovely atmosphere and the service was fantastic, would have gone back for dinner if we were staying in the town longer!

One of the few places we found open for dinner on a Monday. The place was packed. The food was okay, nothing special. We'd had much better lay stew elsewhere on our trip (€24). The seafood platter was also average (€33). We ordered a bottle of Italian wine, very expensive and not refrigerated, so we had to drink it warm. It was called Cortev dei Mori, and its market price was very low compared to the €35 they charged us. We were very surprised that they didn't even keep the most expensive wine in a small refrigerator at 15 or 16 degrees Celsius. In total, €98 for the two of us (the wine increased the bill, of course). It didn't meet our expectations.

Great place to go for a few drinks and food. Friendly staff and warm and comfortable seats 😊
