We came to this restaurant because of the good reviews. When we arrived at around 5:30 p.m. we were lucky and got a table without any problems. However, I would recommend making a reservation if you come later. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food tasted fantastic! Everything was of very good quality. The selection of dishes is large. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It seems to be a place that has been there for a long time. It is very inviting and cozy. We weren't disappointed here and really enjoyed it

Beautiful little restaurant in an old building, it has the perfect lighting, best pint of Guinness I have ever had, lovely food and the atmosphere was brilliant, it was full at a Monday lunchtime. DEFINITELY recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful area of Ireland, and adding to this, it has the Donegal Castle in the background. Lovely hidden gem of this area

The food is nice but we found it expensive for the size of the dishes. Calamari was 26€ and reminded me of starter with a side of chips.

20/03/2025: My wife and myself visited here on Saturday of st Patricks weekend. Very busy as you might expect so I could forgive the service for our orders being a bit slow. However we were seated in front of the bar and there simply isn't room for a table here, other couples were in the same situation. The food was good and plenty of it, value was good also. The atmosphere is too bright in my opinion, just my own taste. I can see why this is popular in Donegal town.
22/10/2024: Parada en ruta desde el aeropuerto de Knock para la cena. Mi amigo es un fan habitual, mi primera visita. Totalmente impresionado 😋. ¡Las gambas al ajo en una tostada de ajo estaban más allá! Tan fresco & . . garlicky! Red: Una marsala de ternera y hongos, súper sabrosa y las patatas asadas al romero excepcional! Una ensalada verde para compartir y un par de vasos de rosado para mí. Soy un londinense mocoso y l 9 ved cada bocado, servicio encantador, un gran bullicio en el restaurante. Todo súper lugar en 👍. Como sugiere el título, olvidé mi sombrero que amablemente me fue devuelto. A h 7 ge gracias 😊

12/12/2024: Epic pies from this gem behind the The Diamond. Top notch Ital-grade pizza—great crust and sauce cooked properly. Lovely truck and excellent friendly chef!
15/10/2024: The pizza was delicious better than one I got in Italy. The chef was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend to family and friends
