Ken the manager, personally picked up essential items and delivered them to my mother when she was discharged early from hospital before I could make it back from England. He even offered to make her a sandwich when he was putting the items away in her kitchen. I will be forever grateful to Ken for his compassion, care and kindness to my mother. Some angels walk among us. Joan
