One Pico in Dublin

Nuestra primera visita a este restaurante. El menú es pequeño, con un entrante y la opción principal que incluye pan y un canapé o se puede añadir a una tasa adicional un postre. Tuvimos la primera opción, pero también se nos aconsejó pedir una verdura para ir con principal a un costo adicional. Esto era lo correcto, ya que el pez principal era pequeño. El foie gras era excelente. Mejor que muchos que he tenido en Francia. Sin embargo, estábamos un poco decepcionados con la principal. El vino que elegimos no estaba disponible, pero el sumiller sugirió una alternativa a un precio similar que era bueno.

This might be my favourite restaurant, the staff are welcoming, the chairs are really comfortable, the atmosphere is calm and tranquil, the wine list is fantastic with a great range of choice by the glass and the food is delicious and beautifully presented. Admittedly it's not cheap but I think it's worth it.

Had lunch here recently. Very good service. Food of course was very well made and so beautifully presented. Taste wise, very delicate and what you would expect in a restaurant of this calibre. To be honest, of all the restaurants offering this style of fine dining in Dublin, it's probably not my favourite but everything is very well done. Fresh bread is incredible but you probably won't leave the restaurant feeling very full so it might not be for everyone but if you like this style of food and atmosphere then you wouldn't be disappointed.

Had better with no Michelin stars. Services was fine, friendly and helpful. However, I asked a question about one dish and the answer never came back. Food was well presented and taste wise was decent. The canapés tasty, they reminded of delicious Spanish croquetas. The fish to begin with was unevenly salted (here is the answer that never came back). Fish as Main was decent but tiny and nothing i have tried before, I remember the waitress’s face when she served it, telling me would you like something else and me saying yes, as it was a very small amount. Have to ask for mash potatoes, yet again, mash potatoes in a Michelin star restaurant!, were is the creativity! Pork was not a bad choice but yet again nothing Michelin about it. The fact that the beef option was extra in the menu for another €18, come on guys!, what about those that don’t eat/like pork! They reminded me of Ryanair😂, if you want to a chair you paid for it. I should have a choice of beef in the menu and then a more expensive one in case I wanted to go for it. Passion fruit dessert saved the night I think, again but i have tried similar. I feel that for a Michelin start, the choices were really safe and nothing bold about it. Last but not least, cocktails at €18, I would have expected better refine choices. This is my sincere opinion.

The staff are great. The food and drink is overpriced dramatically and there’s zero atmosphere. There’s much better Michelin restaurants I. Dublin.

Today we had lunch in One Pico. 11–25. Main course and side dish were cold. A lovely piece of pork but taste less. Plate was cold. So food was also cold. . Best part of lunch was the wine and the Irish Coffee. Maybe I expect somuch better from this restaurant but it does not happen. So where do we go to get the best food.?? We have been coming here for decades. It used to be always perfect. No longer so.

Heard a lot about this establishment warm welcome lovely staff and this continued throughout food was lovely scallops steak and cheese selection for dessert. Wine exceptional !

Éramos tres para una cena temprano. La comida era excelente y el servicio era muy bueno sin ser quisquilloso. Desde los aperitivos hasta los entrantes toda la comida era deliciosa. Esta es la mejor cena y vale la pena pagar por una excelente comida que pagar menos por una mediocre. El personal era realmente encantador y sin duda volveremos
