O'Neills Bar in Midleton

12/10/2024: Great hotel, superb location, friendly , helpful staff, along with great food , would defiantly recommend for business or family stays

07/09/2024: Good carvery and nice atmosphere. Renovated bar is a big improvement. Carvery able to cater for a coeliac. Service is consistently poor, on our latest visit went in when it was quiet, wait staff saw us come in and take a table. Had to go ask for menus after 10 mins, when they arrived down, waitress left empty glasses and water bottle from previous diner on the table. When they were taken away presumed we would get water with our food, nope, had to go look for that as well. This is a consistent experience with the service in the bar, I like to support local businesses but there are better places to spend your money. I don't blame the wait staff, it's the same no matter who is serving, management needs to wake up.
