A friend and I popped in here for several pints having completed the Aware Harbour to Harbour walk on St Patrick's Day. A lively atmosphere and charming bar staff. Just be warned - they don't serve food here any longer. But the Guinness is great!

Very nice pub with a great selection of beers and a good gastronomic offer. Very friendly and professional service. Careful decoration and cozy and comfortable space. Offer of cultural and recreational activities. Live music performances and other activities. Very artistic and elaborate facade

Great pub. Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly staff. Went there for dinner and learned they don’t serve food but they told me about McLachlan‘s where I got the best cod&chips. Would go back for pint of Beamish.

23/03/2025: Great pub grub, hi to Linda and her staff.
27/02/2025: Food available is delicious and I visited them one evening about 1 hr after kitchen was closed and I asked could I possibly get even a toasted sandwich and the woman behind the counter went out of her way and made me one absolutely brilliant service and staff. Absolutely worth a visit for the food available 😋
