I started to order for my husband he come home late from work and we usually order from different places but i tought i try it and wasnt disappointed it arrived very quickly and food was hot and delicious i hope it keeps it up we will be ordering in the future ❤️

Mitchell's Bar

22/06/2025: Not sure, but this is probably the best restaurant in Clifden. We had excellent food and price is in the average. Staff is very king.
12/06/2025: We just ate lunch. Excellent service, and great food. Husband ordered clams and I had Fish cakes. Both were delicious. Presentation was awesome. One of the best meals we had in Clifden. Would eat there again.

New County Restaurant

02/06/2025: Stayed here for one night recently with my fiancé. It's a great little spot in the middle of nowhere. The very polite host had no issue letting us check in a few hours early. Cheerful interior, very clean. Our room had a small en suite bathroom (stand up shower) as well as a flatscreen TV and comfortable double bed + large wardrobe. Bed was comfortable. The road outside can be a bit loud late at night but nothing that the TV can't drown out. 10 minute walk from the main part of Cavan town, 5 minute walk from a weekly farmer's market. It's very easy to just carry luggage from the bus station to the B&B at that distance if you're travelling the fun way.
01/06/2025: Very quiet cozy B&B the lady running it was very polite and it was very fair on the pricing.
