Oriel Bar & Bistro in Youghal

Went for drinks and to listen to the music. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is fantastic a lovely ambience. Sadly the drinks tasted of cheap alcohol and despite being served in silver goblets with pieces of cold crystal (instead of ice) all extremely pretty and artistic, even my second choice of cocktail tasted as vile as the first! It tasted like petrol or something chemical, all the additional flavours couldn’t disguise it and I couldn’t drink it. At £15 I was not happy about that. I mentioned to the waitress and half expected a decent gesture of taking it off of the bill but no. I suggest you stick to a bottle of wine at least you’ll know what you’re getting. A shame really because everything else was great. Please get the basics right and don’t cut corners on booze.

Lovely cocktails and great service

We came in for a couple of cocktails and Marco served us. He asked what flavour profiles we liked and served us accordingly. His knowledge and service impressed us. We will be back!

Marco and the bar staff are extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, accommodating and all around one of the best bars not just in London but in the world. They have exceptional cocktails that are truly world class and their staff lives up to the same standard.

First time at this beautiful bar. The cocktails were amazing and very unique. The bar staff were fabulous and the band were just incredible. We will be back xx

Great music, even better drinks and the best personal

We came for drinks for my girlfriend’s birthday and were greeted by name and with bubbles. Pranav was very attentive, he talked us through the cocktail menu and put us at ease, explaining the different drinks, flavours and comparisons on a deeper level. The atmosphere was perfect, with buzz and a relaxed vibe. We would definitely return, Pranav was great, it was a shame we could only stay for 2. Tom

Vivo en el lugar y mis padres se quedaron recientemente. Su hotel favorito. La bienvenida como clientes leales de retorno es fenomenal. La gerente Janice va más allá para asegurarse de que todos los aspectos estén atendidos... . . El personal especialmente en el bistró es muy amable. A papá le encanta el desayuno y las habitaciones son tan amplias e impecables. El hotel ha subido el vestíbulo recientemente y IT es impresionante. Ballincollig tiene un cine, un montón de tiendas fabulosas y boutiques. Ubicación perfecta para unas vacaciones o una visita a Cork.
