Nice 🏩 hotel and nice carvery Sundays lords day only.

Just had coffee there in their spacious, lovely, comfortable, seated reception area; really good coffee if you appreciate a good one, and their new crockery is cute.

Great Hotel, good gym. Little expensive

Good location. Meeting rooms and hotel rooms are very outdated. Carpets in the rooms are dirty. Breakfast good options available. Staff very friendly.

2nd time here this year absolutely love the atmosphere in this hotel alot of locals with local knowledge working there really nice ! Swimming pool and facilities are lovely very nice and comfortable ☺️

Very nice place, with modern decor, comfortable beds, plus the very astute Elaine on Reception, had everything sorted from the word Go. Courtesy pre call before arrival, very impressive, Great leisure Centre, & delicious food in the Bar, best night's sleep in a long time, recommended.

Was there for a meeting recently and decor by where the meeting rooms were very dated. They are in need of an upgrade. Very expensive coffees and cookies. I was there recently for a wedding. The overall experience was very good. The management of the event was great but this was eventually ruined by one person in management who was rude to a few of our guests. He was aggressive and agitated but we put this down to stress. Because of his attitude it would be very unlikely that we would want another event especially with him being the way he was towards towards our guests.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I had to leave one for the Oriel House Hotel, We had our son's Confirmation meal here yesterday, it was such a great experience, from the amazing staff to the devine food it was an amazing experience and it is really value for money. Everyone was so happy and could not fault anything in anyways, my kids fussy eaters but they demolished everything they got! It was just beautiful! My Son the confirmation boy himself was treated like royalty, he got a card and a gift from the manager and she was so nice and took the time to come over and have a chat and ask my son about his day, he even got a little cake with his name one it and he loved the fact they went over and above for him. If there was anywhere I would recommend it would be the Oriel! That's again to everyone in the Oriel house hotel restaurant ye are fantastic and we will be back soon.

I've never stayed there but I have heard the rooms are lovely. The service is fantastic and they have a pleasant manner. The location is near the town centre and all the shops and pubs.
