We had a great time at the restaurant with amazing food and great hospitality. The fish was fresh, well cooked and delicious. The menu itself was so unique compared to any other restaurants serving sea food. We also ordered the oysters, for my first time trying oysters, the dish was perfection. Not to mention the olives they serve as a side, one if the best things that I've ever tasted. Will definitely visit again, if ever in Dingle.

Very efficient restaurant. No menu, just a chalkboard of food items. Excellent presentation of the scallop dinner. Very flavourful. Would recommend anytime!

In Dingle there are a lot of seafood restaurants and there is OOTB. Do I need to say more?! 😊😋👌🏼

We were a walk in and luckily got a table at the front. A fair few groups that came after us weren’t as lucky! Such a wonderful meal, loved every bite. Staff were attentive. Will be booking ahead next time to make sure we get to experience this tremendous seafood again.

Comfortable, casual and quiet atmosphere with the best seafood we had in our entire 10 day Ireland trip. We had the sea bass and the hack and they were both so delicate and grilled to perfection! It was seasoned to perfection! It was so nice to break away from all the fried fish and potatoes for a change. I wish we stayed longer in Dingle just go to to this restaurant again, Bravo! Out of the Blue!!

The best restaurant in dingle by all accounts, including my own. Seafood only with a different menu each day. Every item was incredible and the wine list was selected with care to complement the food. All the starters were amazing but the soups and the scallops stood out. Don't miss the oysters either!

This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They provided potatoes, carrots and broccoli for our 2 year old. I orders the monkfish medallions and my friend ordered the codfish. The codfish had sort of a thin fried hash brown on top. Both lacked flavor. The monk fish medallions were served with a mustard sauce. I was very excited because I love mustard but it tasted nothing of mustard and was creamy (which I don’t think cream should be served on seafood) but it also lacked flavor and the fish was overcooked. Restaurant was conveniently located, nice views sitting in the terrace room but wish the food was better, especially for the high price. Preferred Half-Door restaurant in Dingle.

We tried grilled seabass and lobster - that was very delicious. Nice atmosphere and pleasant waitress. 5/5

We dined here one of our nights in Dingle, having made reservations weeks prior. They fill up quickly and almost everyday they posted a sign outside saying there was no availability. They obviously specialize in seafood and the menu changes daily. They present the daily menu on a handwritten chalkboard, cool, but it gets propped up on a chair and kind of annoying for the table next to you while you decide ha. We had the haddock in a potato crust with cream and chives and chargrilled sea bass. All main entrees come with potatoes and vegetables and both were excellent. The restaurant is small and tables are rather close together but it is part of its unique charm. There was a sudden power outage as we finished our meal and had dessert by candlelight, a nice and unexpected way to end a delicious meal.
