Ouvane Falls Inn in Ballylickey

Superb surrounding scenery and very friendly pub.

Hello! We are a family of four that booked a double room in Ouvane Falls Inn for 9th of August. Apparently on that day the Inn was very busy with a large event and for some reason oir booking was lost. Nevertheless, the Inn Manager, Mrs. Michel(sorry if I have misspelled your name :-) immediately handled the situation offering us a free meal in the restaurant. We had double beef burgers and fish and chips,that were indeed delicious. Shortly after we were offered as well full refund on our booking plus extra cash to cover the difference for two double rooms in the nearby town, which Michell managed to find in this busy for her Satyrday evening. We do hiighly appreciate our experience with the Ouvane Falls Inn when it comes to customer service and food quality. The only reason I dod not rate the room is obvious. Do not hesitate to visit the place, as it has a lovely view from the restaurant terrace and car park.

Lovely place, staff was very friendly and the food was great.

Room was clean but a little run down, the breakfast was very nice and the location on the river was great. Sat late in the bar watching the seals in the water. Very easy to find as it's on a main road. Motorbikes were safe in the carpark and can be locked to railings.

Only ate here but friendly service and lovely fresh haddock for £18. Beautiful setting other hotels charge much more for

A stunning location - extremely friendly and helpful staff, huge and fantastic breakfast, rooms extremely clean and spacious no complaints at all - perfect place to set as a based for exploring the coatsline
