Class spot! Stopped off for food and a couple of pints with our dog. We had the egg mayo salad and the chowder and it was perfection. Pints were unreal and being able to eat and drink with our dog with us was fantastic. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Don’t miss this little gem.

Fantastic pints of Guinness after a windy walk on the beach. Food was excellent (we were family of 5 with various tastes... All well catered-for). Atmosphere was great. Visited early evening over New Years.

A great, typical Irish pub with friendly people. Good live music. Next door is Lizzie's Restaurant, where you can also get a good meal. Definitely worth a visit.

19/08/2025: Faultless experience, Kids already looking forward to getting back next year. Highly advise anyone to check this place out if your staying in the area.
16/08/2025: We pitched our tent in the campsite area for one night, and found our stay to be very enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful, stunning flowers and trees, which all appear to be well tended to. The facilities were some of the best we’ve experienced. Hot showers with strong water pressure, communal kitchen with two sinks, fridges, and spare plates and cutlery. Plenty of communal areas to relax and all were kept to a very high cleanliness standard during our stay. A bit pricy perhaps but when you see the facilities it makes sense.

09/02/2026: Tried all the pubs in the village but always settle on a favourite. Great atmosphere with locals but mostly tourist visitors. All the pubs dog friendly and felt very relaxed bringing in our dog. Excellent pints at reasonable price. Really enjoyed the music on Friday evening.
04/11/2025: Cracking wee bar, a campervan places behind, give a donation. Beautiful town with the nicest people.
