This was a great stop for us! We had been out all day enjoying this beautiful country and decided to stop in for a pint or 2 and some much needed food. We had been shooed from a different spot and ended up here. They welcomed us us in and sat us promptly without reservation. The waitstaff was wonderful but we especially liked Joel who was on top of it. He was very nice and made jokes that we thought were very funny. We had some oysters, soup, steak and fish and chips. All these items were very well presented and tasty. We would recommend stopping here to get what you need. The beer was cold and the food was hot! The is for being so nice to us!

Had an amazing time during the dance festival. Staff provided great service and food was amazing. Highly recommended. Plenty parking space and Beautiful river near by.

Excellent service..very good gastro pub food ....friendly atmosphere ..great parking .decent price point...great location not far from city and en route to all the tourist attractions out the kinvara way and onto Clare.mire recently had the best steak sandwich in while if Galway city and county ...their pepper sauce is wow....

Best curry ever!!! 5 stars isnt enough. We had no booking on a Sunday afternoon, and we got a table for 5.
