Had read about it for years and expected a tourist trap, what a surprise, awful day outside and if was so welcoming . No TV on and people actually talking really lovely time here.

Been a couple of years since I had a pint of plain here. Great vibe etc but I am sorry to say the pint of Guinness was very average and we left after the one and went to bowes- the pint there was much better. Went back since and pint as good as it ever was

One of the better pubs in North Dublin. A pub full of atmosphere and great professional staff. We visited over Christmas and as expected the pub was packed with middle aged patrons having a good time. Standard of the pint very good. Will be back of course

Vimos The Palace on Paul Hollywood’s City Bakes, así que queríamos probarlo, y nos alegramos de haberlo hecho. Precioso pub con áreas seccionadas - fuera en el bar para 3 - 4 asientos. Gran selección de whiskys irlandeses. Buen personal. Un pub verdaderamente clásico.

An absolutely tremendous pub in central Dublin. Beautiful wood panelling and stylish decoration of the upstairs and downstairs bars make this place a must visit on any trip here.

03/12/2024: Beautiful food and lovely calm atmosphere. Staff so pleasant and helpful one of my family group of four found it difficult to find parking in Maynooth and although we didn't order our lunch until after 3pm as a result they were so understanding and didn't rush us. We had a super happy catch-up thank you so much and I would definitely recommend.
09/11/2024: Fabulous meal, beautiful atmosphere. The nicest staff who were amazingly attentive when I fainted while 28 weeks pregnant with twins. Can’t wait to come back some day and get to enjoy dessert this time… thanks so much 🥰
