Really excellent Asian food. We were all thrilled. Friendly staff and 5 stars well deserved.

We wanted to take a break from eating fish and chips and burgers while on vacation and this sweet little restaurant hit the spot. I've lived in New York where you can get the best Asian food in the world and Mama Rich is the best place outside of NY for Asian food. The service was friendly and quick and the quality of the food was exceptional. I'm just disappointed that I won't be able to experience this restaurant until our next visit.

Great food authentic and great staff

Visited Mama Rich Flavours of Asia in Galway and had a great experience. We ordered Grandma’s Famous Curry and the Korean Fried Wings, and both dishes were full of flavour. Grandma’s Famous Curry was rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced with a nice depth of flavour. It tasted homemade and authentic, making it a really satisfying dish. The Korean Fried Wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a delicious sauce with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the food came out fresh and well presented. A great spot in Galway if you’re craving Asian flavours and something different.

Grandma’s curry was tasty. Spice/heat was mild in my opinion.

One of my favourite places to eat in Galway. Staff are unbelievably sound, fast service and large portions of very tasty food!

We visited this hidden gem tonight and I can’t say enough about it. The fresh food was so tasty the flavours were beautiful. The staff and customer service was 11/10. The portions were huge and the lady advised us of this before we would have ordered way too much food. The price was so reasonable. Would highly recommend if in Galway.

Great and fast service, many vegan options, big well flavored portions

Just a great little find. One flight of stairs up and you’re in for a treat. The staff is warm and friendly. Our server picked out the roti as a starter for us and it was amazing. The decor is simple and elegant with beautiful paintings on the walls reflecting the heritage of their dishes. They close at 9pm so don’t leave it too late. 3 people, 2 drinks, 1 starter and 3 entrees added up to €65. Great value for great food. Right in the heart of downtown Galway.
