Pricey even for Dublin, but considering anywhere else in the world same quality of food would be 4 times more expensive. Go for the 8 courses tasting menu, next time choose your favourite :)

First off, the service was massively carried by the two women who assisted our table, so the four stars service wise are solely for them, rather for the staff who took payment. Otherwise the service felt awkward. Note I tipped appropriately, judging by the expression of the staff who saw it. To echo the many other reviews, I felt incredibly underwhelmed on the experience at this price point approaching 250euros each person, including 30 euros for a glass of rum with a splash of milk and cinnamon - more satisfied with the 5 euro chai latte I had earlier in the day with the same spice profile. Food was overly salted, such as the fish, and the appetizers, the meat fared slightly better flavor wise. No wonder they had pretty open space for a two star Michelin restaurant while Chapter One is booked full at least a month out.

We had a phenomenal experience at Patrick Guilebaud. The service, attention to detail and food were all top notch! Well-deserving of its 2 Michelin stars!

Everything was WONDERFUL. 2-star Michelin recognition definitely deserved! - Food was DELICIOUS and ELABORATED: amuse-bouches, starters, fish dishes, meat dishes, desserts and final petit fours with our Irish Coffee. Everyone in our party of 6 was delighted (including the most picky eaters). - Service was PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE. The restaurant manager greeted us when we arrived, made sure all our needs were met throughout the evening, and personally bid us good-bye, even posing with us on the porch for a picture. The entire staff was perfect as well: coordinated, discrete, they ensured we had a memorable time. - Atmosphere was great as well. They invited us to sit in the comfortable cocktail lounge where we studied the menu while enjoying our drinks. In the restaurant, our group sat at a round table perfect for our party size located in a cozy corner, where we were able to have conversations in a private manner.

Servicio 5 *, comida 5 *, el entorno es hermoso. He cenado aquí antes, pero esta fue mi primera vez para el almuerzo y fue igual de perfecto. El menú es tan difícil de elegir, elegante pero no demasiado elegante y la comida se entrega cada vez, curso tras curso. Los sabores son irreales. El servicio es de primera categoría y todo se trata de su experiencia. No puedo fallar ni marcar un solo aspecto de ella. ¡No puedo esperar a mi próxima visita!

Excelente servicio, el personal es tan amable y te sientes bienvenido en el segundo que llegas, esto continuó durante todo. Luego la comida nada menos que asombrosa, destaco las croquetas de cochinillo, manos abajo el mejor curso que he tenido. Es una experiencia que animaría a todos a tener una vez en la vida.
