We had the most delicious lunch today. As on all previous occasions, the service was excellent..Monsieur Robin welcoming and putting everyone at ease, Matthew from Poland taking care of us throughout, discovering a fellow Dub, Diego, who gave us wonderful information about each dish and the lovely lady from Rome, Sarah, and such good wine advice from Cedric, to name a few....Each course was so tasty and flavourful, the starters we ordered brought a taste of the Mediterranean directly to Dublin and the breads, as always of the highest standard. The fish main, halibut, so fresh , enhanced by the red mullet sauce, was wonderful, accompanied by the always decadent potato mash. Desserts ( beautifully presented and seasonal flavour bombs) and petit fours, accompanied by great coffee , made a perfect ending to another memorable lunch. Continues to be our favourite place to have a very special culinary experience in Dublin

This is one fabulous restaurant. Went there for Saturday lunch in May. Three courses. Had spinach and asparagus soup to start after several amuse bouches which were innovative and very tasty. The soup was great as well. The tomato appetizer had by my wife had tomatoes at the height of their glory. The fish course for the main dish as well as the Iberico pork with Caribbean spices were tremendous. Had the French and Irish cheeses for dessert which were perfect.
The servers as well as the sommelier were attentive, down to earth and knowledgeable.

The food at this Michelin restaurant was simply outstanding — every dish was so delicious that there’s not much more to say; it really lived up to its reputation. However, the dessert didn’t quite impress me and felt like a step down compared to the rest of the meal.
One thing that left a negative impression was the service. There was a man, possibly the manager, who was walking around and engaging warmly with customers at almost every table. Strangely, he skipped our table and another with young Asian couples, despite us making eye contact and there being a quiet moment. It felt uncomfortable and left us wondering whether we were being intentionally overlooked. For a place of this calibre, you expect warm, inclusive hospitality — and unfortunately, that part missed the mark.

Simply amazing! The food is a taste adventure, pure deliciousness! The service is excellent, friendly informative staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Patrick I'm sure is very proud of this restaurant still hitting the high notes after all these years.

Servicio 5 *, comida 5 *, el entorno es hermoso.
He cenado aquí antes, pero esta fue mi primera vez para el almuerzo y fue igual de perfecto.
El menú es tan difícil de elegir, elegante pero no demasiado elegante y la comida se entrega cada vez, curso tras curso. Los sabores son irreales. El servicio es de primera categoría y todo se trata de su experiencia. No puedo fallar ni marcar un solo aspecto de ella.
¡No puedo esperar a mi próxima visita!

Visitamos para celebrar la boda de mi amigo, así que cuatro de nosotros en total. Tuvimos creo que la comida de cuatro platos, aunque añadimos el plato de queso con maridaje de vinos, que fue fabuloso. Para nuestros aperitivos todos tuvimos la pasta de trufa especial y estaba delicioso, luego probamos pescado que también era excelente. El personal era maravilloso y la comida era bien oportuna, así que no se precipitó en absoluto. Apreciamos que las mesas no están muy juntas, así que pudimos tener una conversación divertida, pero nos pareció que la habitación era muy cálida. Esperamos volver en nuestra próxima visita. Comience con una copa en el bar de la bodega debajo del restaurante
