By far the best food and service I have ever had in my entire life. Every dish was a culinary delight 11/10. Unbelievably good and well worth the money. I think this is my favorite restaurant I've ever been too. Will definitely be back. I couldn't recommend enough. Brilliant. Just Brilliant!

Michelin star restaurant with top rated service 😂. Five stars to the team of hosts who made us feel very welcome. Kudos to the team and well done to my amazing colleagues who chose this place. And to the customer we had the pleasure of spending time with, thank you again for giving up your lunch time to be with us.

We had a lunch in the restaurant in January, the food was good service attentive. However, one thing that I didn't like was when we first arrived we sat in the lounge for a short while when looking at the menu. We were offered drinks which I chose to have a glass of red wine, I didn't get the drinks menu so just relied on the waiter to give whatever he was giving. I was prepared to pay high price for a glass of wine given its a 2 start restaurant, but the bill still came to a shocking 48 euros for that glass of wine!! I would have expected to be given a heads-up before the wine was served if that is the price tag!! Also, I had given notice at booking that GF and Dairy free was required, at dessert stage I was offered just a fruit salad. That is again disappointing to hear. I have ate in other nice restaurant where proper dessert was prepared for me. For a 2 star restaurant you wouldn't be just given fruit salad as a substitute.

The waitress Victoria was incredibly kind and told us everything.

A warm and stylish atmosphere, with very friendly and professional waiters. They have an amazing wine list and some of the best food I have ever tasted. I was served a rich white Henschke alongside a plate of foie gras for starter, which was an incredible wine and food pairing done by the sommelier on the spot.

The price does not match the quality and presentation of the dishes. A disappointment. It does not deserve the 2 michelin stars. It must improve and evolve.

Beautiful food and excellent professional staff while dining this evening.However at reception l was looked up and down very obviously by a male staff which made me uncomfortable and annoyed.l was dressed very appropriately and was astonished at his rudeness.This is not OK and needs to be addressed. Nos encantó el ambiente de Patrick Guilbaud, situado en el Merrion Hotel. Hermoso comedor con cocina y servicio acorde a un restaurante de dos estrellas con clasificación Michelin. Me encantó el especial de ravioles de langoustina junto con el ciervo asado en panceta. El lado de la mesa preparado baba au rhum era primo! Muy recomendable!

Tuvimos el menú degustación aquí el sábado pasado por la noche y mientras que la comida era excelente la experiencia fue un fracaso. Nuestros primeros cursos fueron oportunos, pero llegó a nuestra red y el tiempo entre fueron muy lentos y fue a medida que el restaurante se puso más ocupado la comida tardó más en llegar y no era el personal de camareros que era lo que la cocina estaba produciendo. Sentimos que nos estaban empujando nuestra botella de vino para que compráramos otra, esto que encontramos no era lo que hemos experimentado en otros restaurantes Mitchell , y no fuimos por el menú de maridaje pero nos estaban recomendando vinos diferentes con nuestra comida y tuvimos que decirles que nos parecía bien la botella que teníamos. No es lo mejor que disfrutamos de la comida, pero el resto no era lo que hubiéramos esperado
