Peruke & Periwig in Dublin

This place is amazing for vibes and a nice place to drink before a date night, but please…….. Remove that bit BLOCK of ice out of my 16 quid cocktail (MY COCKTAIL IS GONE IN 2 SIPS) it just makes no sense and ruins the drink and the experience, it never was the case before but they just started putting it in. A little to mid amount of crushed ice will do. Staff was amazing and very helpful though💯

Lovely place for a date, downstairs bar worth a visit for drop in pints, upstairs for cocktails and what they go for there is worth checking out

The cocktail and mocktail were good, but the service left something to be desired.

I had visited this place a few years ago and a group of us had food and drinks, I love the layout of the building with all the different rooms. I am sorry to hear they no longer offer a food menu as we really thought the food was a high standard previously Just stopped in for cocktails this time, they were really good

We’ve been to Peruke & Periwig twice and absolutely love it. I recommend booking, especially if you want to enjoy the cocktail bar upstairs. The cocktails are delicious, and the special ones are definitely worth trying at least once, even though they’re a bit more expensive. The atmosphere is my favourite part—beautifully decorated, cosy and perfect for a date or a relaxed night out. The staff are super friendly, and their popcorn is delicious. No food, but honestly, you don’t miss it. Lovely place!

What happened there last week? I've always enjoyed going to Peruke & Periwig for special occasions. The set and atmosphere fits perfectly for any 1:1 settings. Which is why my last visit was so disappointing. No one walked us through our table, drinks took forever to come, and instead of classy/elegant music playing we had "La Macarena"??? blasting and other similar musics....... All of this combined ruined the sense of a premium experience which you'd expect from a cocktail bar in the center of Dublin. I'll will think twice before returning there, especially for any special occasion. P.S The staff was so lax, I'm pretty sure I saw some customers leaving without paying, but that's none of my problem.

Cocktails are great but since the upgrade its taken away the character of the place and the buzz.

I had my birthday night there and i need to say the staff the staff the staff they are amazing ❤️❤️ a group of brazilian guys and girls so beautefull so respectfull and they will protect the customers doesnt matter what ever happens, there was a small issue outside and they were so professional with it and i wanna tell them thank you guys so much,

This is a really great bar, a perfect place to kill some time on a Sunday afternoon. I recommend making a reservation in advance. The second floor is much nicer than the first floor, the drink menu is interesting, and the staff are very friendly.
